Al Ismaelia

Al Ismaelia is a specialty real estate development project managed by BPE Partners that acquires, refurbishes and manages historic and architecturally-rich real estate assets in downtown Cairo. To date, the company has acquired 16 buildings covering a total built-up area of 76,000 sqm. Al Ismaelia’s vision involves the creation of building clusters to develop commercial districts that are aesthetically congruent. The company has undertaken several activities to attract positive footfall back to downtown through entertainment, dining, art and cultural activities. The project includes property development and management functions to optimize returns to investors.
