Investing in Egypt is supported by solid fundamentals, including a resilient economy, favorable demographics, abundant natural resources and a strategically important geographic location at the crossroads of Africa, Asia and Europe. More than 50% of Egypt’s population is under the age of 24, which makes a strong demographic case for investment. The country’s young population forms an underserved and essentially unleveraged consumer class, as well as an educated labor pool. Egypt also has abundant natural resources, including oil and gas and precious metals that support multiple industries.
